Monetize your Site with GOOGLE ADSENSE!!!!

Take notice because this new Google service is changing the
Internet. In a nutshell, Google is now syndicating advertising
content - letting website owners run Google Adwords ads on their
sites. The ads are contextual so they will relate to the content
of the page where they are displayed.

Whoah! I know this is not sounding too exciting but let me give
you a simple example. This guy - let's call him Merlin Bumpus -
is a real nut for Star Wars movies. So he's got a nice little
website setup that gets a fair amount of traffic. But it's
totally non-commercial. Merlin's not selling anything - he just
wants to bring his hobby to the world but hasn't really got any
business savvy.

Now along comes Google Adsense. Merlin plugs a little Google code
into his site et voilą: Google ads start showing up on the right
column of his webpages.

These are all ads that relate to Merlin's content. They would be
ads from Google Adwords advertisers (Star Wars memorabilia,
action figures, etc... ).

So after a week Merlin decides to log into his Adsense account to
see if he's made any money. To Merlin's surprise, he's got 300USD
in his account!

Who knew that advertisers are willing to pay a buck per click to get
visitors to their very commercial Star Wars sites?

So Google is basically expanding their advertising space to anyone
with a website & offering to profit share with you for running their
ads. For every click, they take a cut & you take a cut.

Here's how I implemented Adsense on one of my sites:

Are you seeing where this is going. Any website that gets some
decent traffic can suddenly monetize that traffic without having
to sell anything.

You have a website based on your hobby? Let Google connect
you to the advertising dollars they get from people who pay for
targeted traffic like yours.

For a long time, advertising was a common revenue
vehicle for website owners but much of that disappeared when
the .com bubble burst & the NASDAQ went south.

Except for the real big players, for the last few years it's been
hard to generate advertising revenues. Google is the biggest player
out there & they are only getting bigger. Which means that anyone who wants to make money online is advertising with them. Now you can tap  into that massive Google cashflow.

And even if you don't have a site that gets much traffic, there are
other possible opportunities. Here's my challenge to you:

Setup a one page site with a helpful article on a high demand topic.
Setup your Adsense account & run the Google code so that relevant ads show up beside you article. At this point you have nothing because  you still have no traffic.

Here's the trick: use pay per click advertisers like Overture & Google
Adwords to drive targeted traffic to your article. Depending on your
theme, you might generate 100% ROI or more using this method.

So you spend $100 & get $200 back. Then you spend $1000 (remember there is twice as much money coming in as there is going out). Then you spend  10K then 50K and so on.

Ok I'm going a little nuts here. But the basic concept is sound. You'd
have to spend some time getting the formula right. But it's there...

I don't know about you, but I'll be looking for the profitable keywords
& setting up a few pages like this real soon. If you do the same let me  know how you make out...
